Homeless 2 Work is dedicated to providing comprehensive job training and employment opportunities referrals to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to empower and support individuals in their journey from homelessness to sustainable employment. Through personalized training, mentorship, and job placement assistance, we aim to break the cycle of homelessness and create a pathway to long-term success in the workforce.
Our Training Programs
At Homeless to Work, we offer refferals to specialized training programs designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the workplace. From resume building and interview preparation to job-specific training, our referral programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.

Ron Williams is the Executive Director of Smart Action Network, BlackYouthJobCenter, Homeless2Jobs and Homeless2Work. These are divisions of Smart Action Network. Mr. Williams has referraled thousands of Homeless and others to Housing, Social Services, Job Training, Jobs and placement into the Workforce for over 14 year
